B) In order to avail the Services, the Users may be required to upload copies of their prescriptions, on the Website and/ or e-mail the same to Okira in accordance with the Terms of Use and the prescriptions will be stored/ disclosed by Okira only in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

C) We collect personally identifiable information only if you voluntarily submit such information to us, and for providing you with a good user experience, for example when you use the facilities available on the App/ Website for corresponding with us by e-mail or phone, or use any other interactive features of the Website/ App.

D) Okira may maintain records of telephone calls received and made for making inquiries, orders, or other purposes for the purpose of facilitating the Services in a smooth manner.

E) You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of account registration and Okira shall not be held responsible for the accuracy or genuineness of such information.
